Teamcoach International’s Centre for Community Development recently conducted a CSR event titled “Leaders as Coaches” on 1 & 2 April 2023, aimed at providing participants with essential coaching skills that can be applied in their personal and professional lives. The event was focused on building leaders who can develop the community.
Over the course of two days, participants engaged in a transformative learning experience that provided practical tools and strategies to enhance their leadership and coaching skills. The Centre for Community Development demonstrated their commitment to giving back to the community and supporting leadership development by facilitating the event.
The workshop received positive feedback from participants, who expressed their gratitude for the valuable training provided. They felt confident that the skills and techniques shared during the workshop will make a significant impact on their personal and professional lives.
