By registering for the International Leadership and Coaching Conference (ILCCKL) 2025, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions set by Teamcoach International Sdn Bhd (the “Organizer”).

1. Registration & Payment

• Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the ticket price.
• Payments must be completed before the event date. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel unpaid registrations.
• A confirmation email will be sent after payment is received.

2. No Refund Policy

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant. See Section 3 for details on the replacement process.

3. Ticket Transfers (Replacement Participant)

• A replacement participant is allowed, provided that a request is submitted at least 7 days before the event (by 14th May 2025).
• To request a ticket transfer, email ilcckl@teamcoach.com.my with:
  
  • Your full name and contact details.
  • The full name and contact details of the replacement participant.
  • Your registration confirmation or invoice number.
• No replacement requests will be accepted after 14th May 2025.

4. Event Changes & Force Majeure

• The Organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or emergencies), the Organizer reserves the right to:
  
  • Reschedule the event.
  • Modify the event format (e.g., shift to virtual).
  • Offer ticket transfer to a future event.
• No refunds will be issued due to force majeure.

5. Event Conduct & Compliance

• Participants must conduct themselves professionally throughout the event.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without a refund for engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior.
• Participants must comply with all event guidelines, venue policies, and Malaysian laws.

6. Speakers & Presenters Disclaimer

• All speakers, presenters, and panelists at ILCCKL 2025 are expressing their own knowledge, opinions, and insights at the time of the event.
• The Organizer does not endorse, validate, or take responsibility for any statements, advice, or views expressed by speakers during the conference.
• Participants should independently assess and verify any information provided before relying on it for business or professional decisions.

7. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

• By attending ILCCKL 2025, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teamcoach International Sdn Bhd, its partners, sponsors, speakers, and service providers from any:
  
  • Injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred before, during, or after the event.
  • Technical failures, travel disruptions, or personal expenses related to the event.
• The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event.

8. Intellectual Property & Media Release

• All event materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of the respective speakers or the Organizer. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.
• By attending ILCCKL 2025, you consent to photography, videography, and live streaming during the event. The Organizer may use such media for promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.

9. Personal Data Protection

• By registering, you consent to the Organizer collecting and processing your personal data for event management, updates, and future communications.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
