With more than 20 years of experience in learning and development (L&D), she now focuses on enhancing the capabilities of experienced leaders to guide, coach, and facilitate other emerging leaders to achieve business results while developing themselves.

With expertise in coaching, facilitation, and culture transformation, Farina is experienced in facilitating PETRONAS’ senior leadership teams in Malaysia, Singapore, Gabon, Mexico, Korea, Egypt, Italy and Brazil. Her strategic goal is to encourage teamwork within a diverse group and instill a pervasive coaching culture to drive organisational performance.
